Dr. Gigliotti was running behind because an accident that had the roads closed and clients showing up randomly. No fault of hers. I was only a bit concerned as I had called a week prior and left a message to schedule, and no me got back to me. She was surprised and apologized. It’s a new practice. I get it. I will see Dr. Gigliotti any time. I truly believe that she saved my golden retriever’s quality of life

I love how the exam was done right on the floor where my dog is comfortable and she wasn’t taken away from me to a back room, so I was present and knew what was going on. For the first time in years my dog showed zero anxiety in a vet’s office. I’m so glad these doctors are back in the valley and I trust them completely with my fur-kids. I also trust my dog’s instincts and her behavior at this office proved how comfortable she was and affirmed that I will be going no where else but West Lehigh Veterinary Care.
