Fantastic practice. Everyone there is amazing!!!!!!

I was very pleased, with all the staff. The vet was wonderful. And the assistant was very good. She was extra helpful & very compassionate, about me losing my other dog, less than a month ago. Would highly recommend going here. Seems like they really care, about your pet. Most vets, just hurry through the visit & get you out the door.

The whole practice is amazing. They make you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door. I have been using Braelinn for years, I highly recommend them.

I was never seen by a veterinarian although I waited 30 minutes. I left after learning that the fees were much higher than many of the other local practices

We moved in 2021 and began using a vet a little closer to us. We quickly realized - you guys are worth the extra few minutes drive! We are happy to be back!

Dr. Thompson is simply great as is his staff. I have seen him for years.

I called after our dog suffered a neck strain during a walk. She was crying and didn t want to walk or move. They told me to bring her right in, and we saw Dr. Thompson within 10 minutes of walking in the door. His treatment plan had her feeling better within 24 hours. So thankful for Braelinn Animal Hospital! You guys are the BEST!!

We are very pleased with Sam’s care of our Sheltie, Suzy. He’s gentle and quiet spoken which sensitive Suzy appreciates. So do we! ??

We had an emergency at 5:20pm with our dog passing bright red blood in her stool. Dr Ciuba and staff was willing to stay over later than their normal hours and see her! They were wonderful to her and very compassionate for our need to bring her in at the last minute! Very thankful for the staff!!!

This vet office is the best. You guys were able to take me in last minute for my cat. Thank you !!

Dr. Thompson is quite friendly, trustworthy, and competent. Braelin facilities are quite nice and the staff is pretty friendly. My only issue is that the cost of services is just extremely high. I think charges for some services could be moderated and more reasonable. Otherwise, Braelin is a good veterinary clinic

Initial greeting from cat side receptionist could have been nicer. Other than that everything was fine.
