We go to Braelinn Animal Hospital because we like to go to the best, the best doctors, the best technicians and the best receptionist. They are like family and take excellent care.

This was our first appointment. I did drop her off for a bath / anal gland expression along with her shots but I was surprised to not hear from any doctor or the front staff really explain what to expect, I had to ask. When the tech came to get Molly, he just took her and walked away and I walked out of the office just confused. I honestly think we may look elsewhere because it just felt very odd all around.

The amount paid was quite expensive and I did and received less than last year.

Everyone always has a smile on their face. Each and every one is personable and to me it feels like family. Couldn t ask for better service and care. I had my dog, Max, put down and they could not have been kinder and more considerate of not only my dog, but of my husband and I. It was GREATLY appreciated. A truly caring staff.

I was a little surprised that bringing both cats in for a pre-clawing appointment where they were weighed and the procedure explained cost $86 per cat.

I forgot the doctors name, but he was great. Addalin was so sweet to my dog. I think they became friends before we departed.

Pam, Caila and Dr Lindsey are the best everything. Caila builds great feces containing boxes, Pam is just amazing, and Dr. Lindsey really builds the relationship, she even invited me in the back and had me be apart of the team.

Everyone from the front office to Dr. Lyndsey were incredibly friendly and helpful. It is so comforting to bring my precious dog to this office.

The people are nice and the service is good. The pricing is extremely high compared to other places. For example you were $24 for a nail clipping. It us only $12 at Petco.
