This was our first visit to Braelinn Animal Hospital. It was an awesome experience from beginning to end. The staff is very friendly and made us feel right at home.

The front desk ladies are wonderful, caring and always ready to help with any questions or concerns you may have.

You were all wonderful and an answered prayer. Thank you Dr. Lindsey and staff! I am SO very grateful!

We did like our appointment but there are some things that stood out. The room was too small for 2 dogs and 2 parents. I feel like we focused more on the price of things instead of my concerns. I didn t see the Dr. check ears or teeth, which I would have liked to see. My dog is super anxious maybe offering to do the exam outside to make him more comfortable. It was pretty overwhelming. Everyone was nice.

Have been using this clinic for over 30 years. Quality care is their utmost responsibility. Professional, courteous and caring.

Dr. T and all the Veterinarians are absolutely amazing & the entire staff is phenomenal. Highly recommend.. Don’t know what I’d do without them..

Came in because our vet was booked up, this place was real friendly and caring towards our little guy and my amd my wife are really pleased with this place. We are even considering switching from our vet to this place

Hands down - Braelinn Animal Hospital, Dr. Thompson, and the rest of the staff are great! They’re always so kind and accommodating. Though there are other vets closer to our home, I will gladly make the drive to them!

I love that this is an independent practice. I feel that the care is superior and for a senior citizen the fees are much more reasonable. I am very pleased .

Always great service and professionalism

Great first visit with my dog. We were checked in quickly after arriving and taken to an exam room a little early. Staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Looking forward to many more visits here.

Some of the front staff are friendlier than others..it would improve the experience with BAH if ALL front staff were friendly and welcoming. I have been a client for 25 years, and this has always been an issue.

I appreciate that the doctor took the time to listen and evaluate my pet s health. After doing blood work, I felt my pet was going to be fine, and it was a just a temporary issue.

It was a pleasant experience as usual. Everyone was considerate and helpful. We arrived a little early and were seen right away.

I have been going to Braelinn Animal Hospital since the 1998, back when Dr Baggett was still working there and I have recommended Dr Thompson to friends and coworkers! Dr T always takes plenty of time with me and answers all my questions! That is extremely important to me! I want to know EVERYTHING and learn as much as I possibly can! Ya’ll have taken care of 6 of my dogs over the years!
