I would have liked to get the blood results at the visit versus calling in the next day to have them sent. Maybe someone to go over things when blood tests come back high or low and this is the test we need to watch. I have this print out, but not sure which test is of concern, and yet I have to come back. Just a suggestion.

I just never get to talk to the surgeon or see the post-op x-rays. That s a bit frustrating. My dog has had two surgeries and both times I never get to talk to the surgeon afterwards. I understand everything is very busy and fast-paced however, I do often have questions that the receptionist and front desk staff can t answer

I was concerned when dropping Rosie off for her spaying procedure due to her previous cardiac surgery. She s been through a lot in her short 11 months of life. But she did very well, felt much relief when receiving the phone call I could come get her. The technician who explained the medication routine was very helpful, and very patient. Thank you for all that you do.

Re the billing, it would be nice if the care providers had a price sheet or could say how much things cost. For example, I was told the cat could always use bloodwork- and then asked if I wanted them to do it now - but had no idea how much that cost so really did not feel I could make an informed decision. Similarly, I don t know or remember exactly how much teeth cleaning and teeth extraction costs, so it would have been nice to be given that info when discussing a recommendation that I do that for my cat. And I m pretty rich. I can only imagine how someone on a limited budget would feel in this position. Thanks for considering.

I almost had a cardiac event when tce.at she was not. It is hard to believe any business would not let their customers know ahead of time that they are about to be really screwed over when it is time to pay. I assume that you must be trying to pay for your new building by screwing people over. Most people have telephones and can be reached and informed of their up coming screwing. please learn how to use a phone. Ver, very, very business practice

You all are amazing and I appreciate you being so accommodating in seeing my terrier Buddy with the green, goopy eye when he was just there for a groom. I am overwhelmed by your kindness and flexibility even with you not being my main vet. Dr Ashley and the two gals that came with her were so very amazing and compassionate. I can not speak highly enough about all of them. They made a very difficult time so easy for us and the dogs.
