I almost had a cardiac event when tce.at she was not. It is hard to believe any business would not let their customers know ahead of time that they are about to be really screwed over when it is time to pay. I assume that you must be trying to pay for your new building by screwing people over. Most people have telephones and can be reached and informed of their up coming screwing. please learn how to use a phone. Ver, very, very business practice

You all are amazing and I appreciate you being so accommodating in seeing my terrier Buddy with the green, goopy eye when he was just there for a groom. I am overwhelmed by your kindness and flexibility even with you not being my main vet. I feel like you have genuine love and concern for all animals in need and are willing to work in tandem with my vet Carey E. at AAH. Thank you so so much. I would recommend you to anyone!

Dr Ashley and the two gals that came with her were so very amazing and compassionate. I can not speak highly enough about all of them. They made a very difficult time so easy for us and the dogs.

One staff member was incredibly rude. The office stinks and smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in months.

Dr. Ashley was very professional and took quite a bit of time with our miniSchnauzer, Molly.

Front desk lied about pricing on the phone, after the drop off appointment we were charged an urgent fee even though on the phone she promised that wouldn’t apply.

They are the best for my babies

Do not wait until the day of surgery to list all other possible treatments, procedures, and options!!! We could barely hear the spoken options due to barking. Write all this info down, give it to the client, let them read, question, understand, then decide.

Everyone there is always so friendly and accommodating. My sweet Lolli isn t so sweet when she s around other dogs and they always wait for the lobby to be clean to have me bring her in.

We appreciate the time you spent with us. We feel your treatment saved Piper’s life. It appears to us that she did pick up some sort of poison. She has recovered fully and is back to normal. Thanks for taking good care of her.

I got my rat looked at and having them priced as an exotic I feel is unfair because all the vet did is listen to her breathing and weigh her which took less then 10 minutes and then cost us 75 dollars. I totally understand having an exotic fee for like a turtle, lizard or bird or something but I feel like rats are just easy little mammals which everything is tested on so there’s lots of info on them. Obviously I’m not a vet I just feel like it’s something you guys should consider since rats are becoming more popular pets. Thanks for everything you do! :)
