All the staff was very kind. There was minimal waiting. The doctor answered all my questions and was very informative. The place was exceptionally clean. The prices were very reasonable. I will be back.

Great to all of the questions. Just wish there were cheaper generic options like for humans when it came to the medications. This year was a jump of about a $150 over the last couple years.

It was hard to get through to make an appointment. But once I was able to talk to someone they were very accommodating and I was able to get Lucy in that morning. I love Dr Blackmore and the staff, they are very kind and compassionate while doing their job thoroughly. I could not ask for better service.

When trying to talk with the vet tech about why my dogs ear was hurting him more when we came back from the back them when he went in bothered me. Basically telling me if it was still hurting Monday to bring him back. When I spent almost 300 dollars Saturday at the vet my dogs ear should not be hurting him worse then then he went back there. Now it’s all red a day later and it wasn’t red when he went back. Now he is shaking his head now stop and not playing at all you can tell he is in a lot of pain. I shouldn’t have to bring him back when they messed something up in my dogs ear and pay more money for their mistakes on whatever happens but I know he was not this bad off when I took him there. Cameras can show that. Now my dog has been in pain all weekend.

I was very satisfied with my visit! Very professional and very clean facility! Everyone was very nice. They got me in very quickly and with no wait time when I arrived.

I felt that I spent too long much time in room alone. Long wait until someone came to see my dog. Then when appointment was over, I had to wait for receptionist. In total, a 11:30 appointment took over an hour. Most of the time was waiting for staff to arrive.

We were so pleased with our 1st experience at BG Animal Clinic. Everyone was so nice, professional and sympathetic. Couldn’t have asked for a better group to deal with during an extremely difficult time. We will definitely be bringing our pets here from now on. I couldn’t possibly thank them enough!

I ve had good experiences with BG Vet Clinic, the staff is friendly and the doctors seem truly interested in listening, I wish I could get a people doctor that does that!

I was able to drop my dog off so he could get squeezed in. I GREATLY appreciate that! Everyone loves my guy, which makes it easier to leave him. I was unable to speak with a vet, which I understand. They re busy. I did have to call for follow-up instructions, to ensure I was doing things correctly. But I m ok with that.

Love Bowling Green Vet & all the staff. My dogs get quality care with compassion.
