Staff was very friendly and helpful with explaining the after care for my 2 kittens.

I think the prices are steep, which will detour customers from properly taking care of their animals and getting the necessary items taken care of. $250 for annual shots and heart worm shot seems extremely high. In one year, the price rose $100. Teeth cleaning for a dog starting at $240; will make customers rethink their vet visits.

Finding out prices of things was difficult. When I asked the front desk for a price list, they left off pro heart so it was double the cost we expected. I asked for the price of a dental cleaning and never got that. There s not much transparency and I don t feel like the front desk staff listens well.

We recently moved to Bowling Green and this was our first appointment with our senior pet. Dr. Sisson listened to our concerns and answered all questions. Kayla was very helpful setting up the appointment.

Everything on the survey was fine. The problem I have is it s too many emails. I got one to report how the visit went. I didn t need that because I was there for it. Also, in the email the wording made me feel like a bad pet owner. I am contemplating whether or not I will bring my animal back to this facility because of that. The other email was for this survey. I can only imagine what would happen with multiple pets. I just know for myself it s too much.

What a nice facility !

The doctors and staff are so patient, professional, welcoming, and meet my expectations over and above what anyone could ask. The office and staff have a calm, country politeness that makes me and our dogs very relaxed. Facility is very clean and updated not only decor but also with vet equipment. Most tests are done on-site so that I can know the health status of my dogs. Don t hesitate to come here!

I have been impressed with this vet clinic since day 1 however I was told by the vet that if I had any questions or concerns to call because she was on call and could help me. I actually called the clinic 2x on Saturday and left my phone number and never received a call back. I also understand you guys are busy too.
