Way too many contacts before the appointment to remind me and even a phone call the day of the appointment, I had an unusually long wait in the car for someone to help me bring my cat in., Otherwise everything else about the visit was fine and appreciated.

Everyone there is so wonderful and compassionate with my dog. As long as I have an animal, I will go to Ready Pet.

The entire staff was very kind, professional, and attentive! Thank you for taking care of Piper.

I was told that the charges would be for an office visit and then anything additional from there would be quoted to me first before proceeding. After the exam, I asked a question about keeping a wound clean given litter dust and the vet had the vet tech go in the back to do a simple clean/wipe of the wound. I wasn’t aware of the charges involved or asked for my sign off before proceeding so the final cost at check out was a surprise. I would have refused had I been quoted first because it doesn’t actually answer my question about keeping the would clean of litter dust in the future. If the wound actually needed cleaning, then presumably the vet would have said that upfront after examining it and before I started asking questions. But even if that were the case, I should have been given a chance to refuse the service/treatment. Otherwise satisfied with the visit and the explanations but extremely dissatisfied with this lack of transparency.

I would like a summary like had at the previous vet. One that givessome info about the cat-weight,vaccines and date given. All I got was an itemized bill.
