We felt welcomed by everyone at Ready Pet—the receptionist, the technician, and the Vet. Their welcome and rapport with our dog, Lucy, was especially reassuring after moving to a new neighborhood.

Very Professional ??

After checking in, I was placed in a room for about 20 minutes until a tech came in to inquire what I was in for. But then the tech left for another 30 minutes with a question for the doctor attending. In total, it took 55 minutes and I was ready to leave without the shots I scheduled for my cat, as the office would close in 10 minutes. But when I was ready to reschedule, then everyone was ready, tho I had to pause the rushing and clarify on whether the tech’s question for the doctor was answered, and the required shots were done in 3 minutes. All throughout, communication was poor if there would be delays or if staff were short-staffed and then I was rushed along to be finished and dismissed. When I addressed my concerns to the doctor and tech, the responses were that the doctor wanted to give all patients ample time (yet, another tech interrupted her time talking to me), and everyone brushed off my concerns without acknowledging them or saying they would make a note for future visits. The resulting impression is that I can expect more of the same delays and disregard. I would rather reschedule to a time that everyone’s time can be respected. I am unsure whether I will return for the next checkup.

I cannot get the stars to light up when I touch them! But had a great experience as usual! The provider super knowledgeable and professional and took her time to discuss all treatment options. I really appreciate it! Was able to get in quickly when I needed it. Reception and techs are also top notch. Thank you ready pet!

I’ve tried to get you to call Candice Salmon. We told you that we did not want the feline test. We were told that it was included however I was billed for it. He will not call Candice back to discuss this matter with her. Supposedly you needed to talk to the vet tech first You did not give me a two week supply of medication which is how long she should have been taking the medication so I’ve spent $350 with you and my cat is still sneezing… And you will not call my pet caregiver back… I have asked three times to call Candice.

We have been taking our babies to Ready Pet since they were in the container office! They are great and so caring! Thank you Andrea for such a wonderful furry baby place!

I asked for antifungal med for my dog to treat the systemic candida infection. The vet refused to prescribe any med without first doing a skinny neadle biopsy and a scraping sample for micro evaluation. There seemed to be pressure to up the bill. I refused the service and got the feeling they were preaching to me about my dog and what was best for her. I am a retired RN.

Vet barely examined my dog. We came in for a paw injury and cyst and the vet didn’t even look at his foot. Then MJ tried to explain what the vet was thinking and wanted to do, not the vet. I denied all of the suggestions based on price and that the doctor hadn’t even looked at but because she wasn’t “comfortable.” We left with an OTC med that was billed at over TWICE the normal retail price. Then when I called back with a question and was told the vet would call me back, she didn’t. I’ve been a client for years but no more. Terrible service today.

Ready Pet has provided superb veterinary care for my cats for years.

I am always impressed by the care Ready Pet staff and providers give our pets. I appreciate that my pets’ wellbeing comes first, but instead of jumping to the most expensive and often unnecessary option as other clinics do, providers at Ready Pet typically offer the simplest and often most effective options first, and then go forward only if necessary. This approach gives me greater confidence in Ready Pet, knowing I am able to take care of my pets without necessarily going into debt. It also keeps me loyal as a customer. Thank you to everyone at Ready Pet for taking such great care of our dogs!

This was my first visit. The entire staff made me and my dog feel welcomed, very sweet and explained to the entire process and treatments needed. I will def refer others!

Today’s visit was the best in five years. A couple of new staff members were really able to connect with my dog. My dog is really a big pain at the vet. MJ and a new doctor were incredibly patient with her and were even able to get her in the back to perform all of the necessary procedures. That is the first time in five years anyone has been able to do that. I am so very thankful. I am appreciative of the new approach.

Grace is very antisocial and has severe anxiety when visiting the vet but was treated with understanding and care. Thank you!
