Vet barely examined my dog. We came in for a paw injury and cyst and the vet didn’t even look at his foot. Then MJ tried to explain what the vet was thinking and wanted to do, not the vet. I denied all of the suggestions based on price and that the doctor hadn’t even looked at but because she wasn’t “comfortable.” We left with an OTC med that was billed at over TWICE the normal retail price. Then when I called back with a question and was told the vet would call me back, she didn’t. I’ve been a client for years but no more. Terrible service today.

I am always impressed by the care Ready Pet staff and providers give our pets. I appreciate that my pets’ wellbeing comes first, but instead of jumping to the most expensive and often unnecessary option as other clinics do, providers at Ready Pet typically offer the simplest and often most effective options first, and then go forward only if necessary. This approach gives me greater confidence in Ready Pet, knowing I am able to take care of my pets without necessarily going into debt. It also keeps me loyal as a customer. This was my first visit. The entire staff made me and my dog feel welcomed, very sweet and explained to the entire process and treatments needed. I will def refer others!

Today’s visit was the best in five years. A couple of new staff members were really able to connect with my dog. My dog is really a big pain at the vet. MJ and a new doctor were incredibly patient with her and were even able to get her in the back to perform all of the necessary procedures. That is the first time in five years anyone has been able to do that. I am so very thankful. I am appreciative of the new approach.

Grace is very antisocial and has severe anxiety when visiting the vet but was treated with understanding and care. Thank you!

I was there for 1.5 hours, mostly waiting. It was a recheck bc the first vet prescribed the wrong meds. I should’ve listened to my gut and pushed for the meds I thought we needed in the first place, which is what we ended up getting during the recheck. Ended up wasting much time and money in vet visits/rechecks/ineffective meds/unnecessary x rays— not to mention my dog has been sick an extra almost 10 days due to this rh around.

The care and attention given to my tiny little dog is always top notch. The staff has great communication, listens to my needs and the needs of my sweet pup and their suggestions for treatment are always spot-on. I am very grateful to have them as my go-to clinic for my own dogs as well as the stray cats/kittens that I take in for vaccinations and health checks before finding them homes.

I recently moved into the neighborhood and have been to the office three times including a teeth cleaning for my dog. The service is always warm, welcoming, and informative. All my many questions are always answered.

My dog and I were on time for our appointment and yet we waited FIFTY MINUTES to be seen! Waiting times at this clinic are not unusual but this was unacceptable!

The clinic and staff are all friendly, attentive, professional and knowledgeable. It was an exceptional experience
