Dr. Jones is the best!

Was so disappointed at first not to be seeing Dr. Diebold but after meeting with Dr. Jones all that changed. Her understanding and knowledge for our Bentley is so greatly appreciated. We would really like to keep seeing her for Bentley s care.

I feel like the new veterinarian could use a little bit more compassion and understanding. Maybe explain things a little better and be more clear about pricing. All clients should be treated the same. No client is better or more important than another. I am really disappointed in my experience. I’ve been a client for 10+ years.

I was worried about how my cat Callie would act at Sweetbriar, since she extremely nervous around strangers. A vet tech did an amazing job of building rapport, and in no n time she had Callie out of her carrier, holding her close and petting her. I couldn t believe it! I love everyone there, from the vet to the techs to the office staff. A+++
