I feel like the new veterinarian could use a little bit more compassion and understanding. Maybe explain things a little better and be more clear about pricing. All clients should be treated the same. No client is better or more important than another. I am really disappointed in my experience. I’ve been a client for 10+ years.

I was worried about how my cat Callie would act at Sweetbriar, since she extremely nervous around strangers. A vet tech did an amazing job of building rapport, and in no n time she had Callie out of her carrier, holding her close and petting her. I couldn t believe it! I love everyone there, from the vet to the techs to the office staff. A+++

Excellent Visit. I finally received an explanation about my dogs collapsed trachea that I understand. Now for the first time I realize she is not going to die from her breathing attacks.
