I haven t seen my vet in a little over a year and I never recieved any email warning, so when I needed to reschedule due to a family emergency, I was told there would be a $55 charge to do so. In the 4 years I ve been using this vet that had never been in place so I was shocked and honestly very displaced by this. If I had recieved any type of notification that this was the case, I wouldn t have been upset in the slightest and would have expected it. Instead I had to try and make it at the last minute because $55 is rather ridiculous for just needing to reschedule it for a little bit later in the day.

Staff always show they care. Our kitties are very well taken care of

I have found that the voice-mail at the office doesn t work very well. I usually have to drive up to the clinic, in order to make an appointment, because my calls are never returned.

I didn’t have to wait at all and I LOVED the tech we had. She was so personable, sweet and relatable. Dr. Die old was amazing like always and answered any questions I had. Gary can be a handful and they managed to get his shot done with no blood shed or tears. I call that a win!

I very much appreciated that Dr. Fawcett took time to speak with me. Support staff was also great. There was one mistake on my bill but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with my first visit.

New building pretty spacious and clean, staff really friendly and helpful, vet hears your pet necessities and works with you to find new ways for your pet well-being , overall a really good team working together, would recommend it 100%

Dr. Jones was fantastic, answered all my questions and spent the time to connect with my dogs so they felt comfortable with her!

I found a lost dog and went in to have him checked for a chip. The staff and Dr. Jones were amazing. They were helpful and kind to this little lost guy.
