Doc was awesome she explained thing gave me treatment option for cookie came up with a game plan. Plan being executed she seems to be better more energy...cold hard facts told me my girl is fat to cut back that seems to help too.

Since the public can t come inside, I can t tell how clean the facility is, but from the window, it does look clean. I wish the vet would have come out with the tech and explain how things went.

I was not allowed in to the office because of the coronavirus so I can t say anything about cleanliness. It was frustrating to not be able to talk to the vet directly in person. I felt like I couldn t ask all the questions and communicate with the dr. because of the situation. It was understandable but still frustrating.

Care, service and thoroughness exceeded my expectations.

The vet said she wanted to see my pet after a month but didn’t write it down and then when the receptionist called her she wasn’t sure if she wanted to or not. Confusing to me. She finally let me decide.

$225.00 to shave a cat was insane. Have drove there for 3 or 4 years from Thornton But sadly will never return. I apologize for getting upset with your front office. Was an hour and a half drive and was very unhappy with the cost. Also some of us prefer our kids to be called kiddos and our animals to be referred to as such. None the less the girl at the desk was very kind.

Very pleasant visit. Definitely will return.??
