While I waited quite a while your team was extremely welcoming and I felt grateful to be in a place where I felt I and my dog were being well taken care of. My only suggestion would be to check your scale because my dog has been on two other scales recently and weighed about 9 pounds more on your scale compared to the other 2, and he was weighed one of those the day before the appointment with you. Always good to check especially since meds are generally based off of weight. Thank you for your kindness and time.

Highly recommend. Very friendly staff, very helpful. Took very good care of my senior dog during her dental procedure. Cost was so much more reasonable than anywhere else.

WE love how you treat Poppy and explain things. We live in Marysville and drive to Stanwood, so wishing you would open an office there. I was talking to a lady from south Everett that was there also said the same thing.

Early appointment and had to wait 30 before being seen. Not given my information at time of check out - had to come back in and deal w chip paperwork and paying another time Always feels like I as the customer don’t matter
