It would be a good idea to not have people checking out and people checking in on the scale it s a bit congested and trying to listen, pay and hold a dog away from another dog isn t always easy.

Your staff is always very pleasant and knowledgeable. The doctors always address my concerns with compassion and are always wonderful. Especially Dr. Cook. He s my favorite. Thank you for always taking good care of my furkids.

Everyone was extremely welcoming! Loved the family atmosphere and great friendly vibe. So appreciated! Not found in all clinics unfortunately. Quick, efficient, and a great overall experience. I will be moving all my pets to your clinic!!!! I look forward to the ongoing care at your clinic.

I tried to book an appointment using the link on an email reminder, but it didn t work, so I had to call. The voicemail is cute, but it s the one from COVID days, and since the world has changed a bit you might want to change that.

Five stars on everything although I’m not a huge fan of the Explaining on the phone. I would prefer just to get straight to my options If that is actually set up to answer every time I call Rather just when they are short staffed. I feel like the several times I’ve called in the last month I’ve gotten the phone tree so I’m assuming it’s just set up that way.
