I really enjoyed my visit. It was nice to be able to see where my dog would be staying. I feel comfortable knowing she’s someplace with nice people.

Dr. Chavis is excellent and has always provided the best care to our pets. Wouldn’t consider taking our Harvey and River to anyone else!

Your front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Theresa does a great good grooming.

All the staff here are excellent, after the terry my tiny furry 4 legged feline displayed, and myself being a wreck from seeing my fur baby act in a way he never displayed. They were super awesome in how everything was handled and followed up with me to see we were ok. Best practice I ve ever been too!

The wait time in the exam room was way too long. I arrived at 8:30 for an 8:45 appointment. Was taken to the exam room at 9:00 am. Did leave until 11:15. Most of the time in the exam room was waiting for the Vet to come in. The delay caused me to be later for the rest of my work appointments for the day.

Great service

I would like for the staff members to introduce themselves when they come in to help support Dr. Chavis. This is a great way to continue to build relationships with the community, and for the patrons to feel comfortable and welcomed.

I was there on 10/10/24 for the first time and I was very pleased with the friendly staff and the great service. I will definitely go back there.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful in taking my pup’s anxiety into account throughout our visit. They also made us feel so welcome and not rushed at all.
