Everyone was so kind to us. We live about a hour away and dash had peed through his cloth carrier. Everyone was so kind to help and even try to help me because I was holding his carrier in my lap and was also soaked. The people working in this office are the kindest souls. I am so grateful

Everything was five star. This is a superb practice. Dr. Streit, Jennifer and Michelle were all very professional, but yet personable with both my husband and myself while meeting the needs of both cats with their usual expertise.

Loved this office. Will definitely be back treated my dog with so much care and compassion. Did more for her in one visit than her last vet did in 2 years.

I must say as a business owner being told if I do not confirm my appointment it will be double booked and I’ll have to wait longer bothered me a bit. I understand no shows make an impact on the business. However, I asked several times to bring another cat along for a vaccination and was denied yet I’ll get double booked if I am unable to confirm the appointment. If I were a chronic no shower, absolutely double book me if I don’t confirm.

The entire staff was very friendly and explained everything clearly. Our pup really ejoys her visits with Dr Hughes. This was the shoortest wait time we have had.

The only reason I didn’t give five stars on the question about billing procedures is because I don’t agree with your policy of charging 3.2% of the bill to use a credit/debit card. I think that’s just greedy, like just about every other company nowadays. Hardly anyone uses cash anymore. I will from now on require an estimate before every visit so that I can pay cash. I hope you are good at estimates.
