I was very disappointed to learn that I paid $45 in SERVICE CHARGES for $1.17 in pills. Yes...$45 up-charge for 9 pills. Ridiculous. You need to be UP FRONT on pricing of services before they are completed.

Love the vet clinic. However, pricing for some of the tests performed were higher than average. That was disappointing.

I really appreciate Dr. Eric reaching out to check on Diamond after her visit and to inform me that he asked the other vets for their opinions on her issues. It meant a lot to know he cared enough to give me the most accurate information. I also really appreciated his compassion when going over her results and issues with me. Thank you to the entire staff for always being so welcoming, kind, and warm to me and both my dogs, and always doing their best to squeeze us in.

Seems like it was a lot less last time Riley was in but seems higher this time.

I really appreciate the staff of tvc! The prices seem high compared to the previous clinic we used to visit (shallowford animal hospital) but the staff make it worth it. I know my dog is in good hands here and we will continue to come visit. The only reason I gave 4 stars for easy to be seen was that it was a three week wait when I made the appointment.

I have not seen a Vet at the clinic but bring my dog for grooming with Matt. He does an excellent job.

Best walk-in avian care ever!

Office was great! Very disappointed in service at Roswell Street when I called and told there were no appointments until the next day and I could call the other offices for an appointment today. I asked to go ahead and take the one appt for the next day and she said she had to go--other phones were ringing and I would have to call back. I didn t have the opportunity to make the one appointment I knew I could get with no idea if I could even get an appointment at the other offices. Glad the west office was very helpful and offered to work me in.

I wouldn’t bring Daisy anywhere else. Thank you. She is much better today.
