The doctor did not view my dogs information before coming to the exam. While physically looking at my dog, he was asking questions about the last time she saw a vet and the last vaccines she has had. As a first time dog owner of a shelter dog, having given all of those documents to the staff before my appointment, I thought it was odd he was asking me. I don’t know what vaccine is for what preventative measure. The wait time was long. But everyone was very nice. While the doctor did not read patient information before physically looking at my dog, he was very knowledgeable about all of my questions. He was also kind and willing to take the time to answer any questions or concerns of mine.

I love everyone here, they helped me when my bearded dragon Mushu got sick and got me in right away. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

I arrived without an appointment at 1:30pm when the office reopened from lunch break. The office was busy with other patients waiting, but I had an emergency. Sara, Liz and Dr. Wilson immediately responded. I was very appreciative of the team’s help for my senior dog.

We were taken in right away as this was an emergency visit. Staff was friendly and took good care of our dog.

Thank you guys again for being so patient and sweet to our girl! It was a great first visit!

We received a text reminding us about our dogs appointments and, upon arrival, to call the number provided and someone would come out to pick up our dogs. Upon arrival, we called and the number which was incorrect and the number for the other location - West Cobb Avenue location. I then looked up the correct number for Vet Clinic West and we were told to bring our dogs inside. This was frustrating because we were specifically instructed on the text to that we could drop them off. We were then brought back to a waiting room with our dogs and very confused on why we could not drop our dogs off as instructed in the text we received and what was told to us over the phone when we booked the grooming session. We both had to be at work and this caused us to be late which was very frustrating. We like the convenience of your location but are unhappy about the confusion and miscommunication.
