I feel so comfortable going to see the team. Even tho it’s a long drive it is well worth it to feel like my dogs are “ family “ Beth and all members of the drs team are just superb !!!!!

Everyone was nice & friendly. Dental tech explained everything that was going to happen & how my dog would receive a different med to put him under since he was an older dog. The price of the dental procedure was excellent. It was way cheaper than other Vet places. I would recommend this place to people who are low income like me.

It was a little hard to hear and focus while the bill was explained because the lobby was hectic. It was also a little unnerving to smell urine and hear a dog whining, and the layout with dogs criss-crossing paths was challenging. I get it - nonprofit, low-cost setup, budgets, it s all very difficult. But it gave me pause. If y all need help with grants, I previously did work in development and grantwriting. Casandra answered the phone in a professional and welcoming tone and handled the call with extreme grace. Ashley called me back and was amazing as well, she took care of me quickly as I needed urgent care and put the plan together. I called back in multiple times and either Ashley or Ally answered and did awesome. We arrived and were given cleaning supplies to clean our car, took a bit longer than expected to get our first puppy seen but it was absolutely no issue! Our puppies were handled with care and love. They are back on the road to true recovery and doing amazing so far. Very awesome staff that worked with me the whole way through to total cost and saved 4 beautiful puppies for us.

I have previously had issues with my Peanut not eating and now she not only eats all her dinner but also is looking for some of mine! I believe the dental she received this week resolved the issue. Thank you so much for the great care and extraordinary dedication to the health and welfare of my pack. It is truly a great relief to have an entire clinic so dedicated and so professional that makes coming back again and again such a pleasure.
