They’re the best!

Everyone has been absolutely wonderful whenever I come in. I have come in a lot this last year and everyone is super friendly and helpful each time I call and come in.

The staff is always very friendly and caring towards my pets. The facility is always very clean!

I was very pleased with the way both of us (Ebony the cat and me the cat s owner) were treated.

I am glad to see the local business is staying busy but it was several weeks to get an appointment. The wait time after arriving was about 10 to 15 minutes, not too bad. I love the staff and how they treat me and Case. The vet was awesome and answered all of my questions.

Parking could be a lot better

Prices keep rising. $20 for a nail trim that takes 5 mins is too much. I understand inflation but am still disappointed

I was seriously impressed with all of the staff today. We had a horrid experience the prior night at another clinic. These guys got me in the same day, got my pup taken care of, answered all of my questions, and were just incredibly helpful. I can’t speak highly enough. Dr Miller was so thorough and friendly. You guys, I can t keep coming here anymore. Your prices are absolutely out of reach for me now. You charged almost $300 for one shot, one test, and ten minutes of observation. We ve been priced out. Hopefully we can find a more affordable vet, and you can find some wealthier puppies.

Vet was insensitive

Such a great experience for my fur baby. Everyone was so sweet to him and they did an amazing job. This is the only place for us!

We are so very pleased with the care Shya received. Her spay incision is so small and it has healed beautifully. We also appreciate the special care we received when we brought our sweet dog Pia to you to have her released from her suffering. The staff was sooo tender with us. Would like to be seen as close to appointment time as possible.

I am truly blessed today that they were able to get our baby Freya in for a emergency visit. I called around for an hour through all the vets in the valley including our normal vet and they were all booked. I called here and they luckily had an opening for her right after the phone call! I probably came in more frantic than I should of been but they were so kind to Freya and I. They did a quote before the tore nail procedure and explained what they were looking at doing for her. The quote was a few dollars more after but that happens because it is a quote after all. She was treated so good and they called right away when she was ready to be picked up. Thank you so much for being able to help us out!

I would have liked to talked to provider that did exam on my dog. My dog was sedated and examed given vaccines and groomed. No one ever talked to me about exam or what I need to have done with my dogs health in future. The receptionist went above and beyond but I never really had any dealing with clinical staff.

I had to call and ask for an emailed receipt because I wasn’t given one in my pile of papers after paying. I MUCH prefer the staff and vets compared to my previous visits.

They were very kind and compassionate towards my cat, and listened to my concerns, also made sure it was affordable so my cat could get the proper interventions. They are awesome!

If it’s possible could the hair from the animals shed while waiting to see vet. My clothes and dog leash was covered with hair.

Dr. Akagi is always very thorough and friendly, and keeps me updated on my cat s condition. Front office staff are always friendly and professional too.
