Everyone i met when i went in were all amazing, they helped me in the best ways they could. Im so appreciative too have had those people be the ones too save my dogs life i wouldnt have wanted anyone else. They were absolutely the best and all of them deserve a raise. Thank you all for being such kind and understanding people.

The exam room floor had muddy dog prints on it. I would have expected it to be mopped between clients.

The two aides came in and checked out my dog almost immediately, but we had to wait and wait for the vet to see us. He must have been very busy, but the result was that We were in the facility for 40 minutes - a first in the many years that I have taken my dog to a vet.
