I just needed a couple shots for my pet and wasn’t expecting a check up visit and fee for a vet. In the past I’ve gotten shots just tacked on to a grooming appointment so I know they can be done without a doctor, I wish I was asked if I wanted the doctor or just the shots

Everything was great. I have no issues with the pet care and service I received. My only complaint is that my cat s collar was broken and just laying in his carrier. Nobody told me that it was broken and so I got home and then had to go out and buy him a new one. I just wish someone had fessed up and told me in advance. Thank you.

If a customer will be waiting more than 15 min, have the courtesy to let them know, & why. I was the first appt, first one in the door, then waited at least 30 min or more for Dr to come in. She was kind, but a simple check up and vaccine shouldn t take an hour.

I have tried many of vets with other pets but this is the place I choose to trust my 4 legged children with. Doctor Miller has treated my boy that was diagnosed with oral cancer. And they have done everything in there power to save his life. So far he’s still with us. And I can’t thank them enough for that . I know when I leave my kids there to be cared for that they are in great hands. All of the staff know my kids and treat them like they are there children. Thank you so much sincerely the Michelson’s
