Everyone was so friendly, kind, and patient! Bringing my Pitt Mastiff in for neuter was intimidating and stressful for us both but they took they re time and were so patient really putting me at ease and now Bane is home recovering well and I couldn t be happier with our experience! I love they re email and text updates, reminders and online patient access too. Thank you guys!

This was the best vet experience I have had! My dog (Evie) is quite anxious in general and was stressed out heading into the appointment but the facilities were calming, clean, and beautifully organized and the doctor s approach was so gentle and understanding of animal behavior that Evie instantly felt comfortable. I love that she sat down and let the dog approach her, and was able to examine her in between pets and treats. I can t thank you enough!

Demi and I felt extremely comfortable with our first visit here. The staff along with Dr. Clay-Smith did not rush us out even though I had hundred and one questions for my fur baby. Also, this place is spot less clean and very organized!

My family and I live all the way in Schaumburg which is about an hour away from you guys but with our experience the drive was beyond worth it. Dr. Clay-Smith is an excellent doctor who is extremely kind, I wish I remembered the woman at the front desks name because she is a wonderful woman as well. Such a clean friendly welcoming environment. I will definitely be coming here again!

You have a beautiful facility and a kind, friendly staff who I enjoyed meeting. Thank you for a great experience. My only suggestion would be to try to sound proof the exam rooms a bit more. Since the walls aren’t complete I heard most of the conversations in the rooms on both sides of me, though I was trying not to listen.

The Vet was wonderful. My dog warmed to him immediately. He sat on the floor with her (she s large) and calmly analyzed her problem and prescribed the solution. I was very impressed with him.
