Amazing experience. I came to you because my usual vet office was very insensitive and short with me about my worry for how long their wait for an appointment was. (A month!?) I left that phone call in tears and called my friend who is also a cat owner and she recommended you. You were able to fit me in within a week and the receptionist I spoke with at your office was kind, sensitive, and professional. She understood that waiting to bring my cat in was scary and advised me that if she stops eating, drinking, or using the litter box those were signs to bring her to the pet er. It was exactly what I needed to hear to reassure me that I was doing the right thing in waiting for an appointment. The nurse and the vet were personable and kind, and sat with me and patiently answered every question I had. It was reasonably priced and I left feeling confident that my kitty was ok. Though my old vet office is a three minute drive, I will drive the extra 20 minutes for both my cats to your office from now on. Thank you for everything. Please keep being wonderful!

Super impressed with the vet & tech - friendly, kind, informative, and professional. They were careful that my reactive dog got in and out without incident (inside the clinic). Lab results were emailed to me quickly, with comments from the vet, which I appreciated. Even if you don t expect a problem, it puts your mind at ease to know for sure that things look good. They also clipped his nails without incident! I ve had minimal experience with nail clipping but the one time I had it done in the past was horrific. Grateful that they did it, apparently easily and without incident. Our previous vet did routine exams and administered vaccines, treatments, etc in the room with me in it, so I was surprised at this visit when they took him out of the room to do whatever they had to do. I m guessing this practice isn t unusual, but I wasn t used to it. Prices seem reasonable. Really appreciate the vet s willingness to refill prescriptions without unnecessary clinic visits. That saves me time and money, since the health conditions and scripts are long-standing and stable. Wait time was pretty terrible. An hour to see the vet; total visit went just over 2 hours. That said, I loved the staff so much that I ll definitely be back. Hoping that this was a one-time issue related to the fact that my dog was a new patient. We waited in a room facing the street. A curtain hung about 4/5 of the window, but the bottom bit of the window was open to the street. Unfortunately, that s the only part of the outside world that my reactive dog needed to spot other dogs walking outside. I couldn t draw the curtain any further, and couldn t predict who might come walking around the corner, so was left to just react when my dog went crazy. Not the kind of energy I d like him to have when we are visiting the vet. If there s a way to completely draw the curtain, or ensure that reactive dogs are seen in waiting rooms without external windows, that would be really helpful.

Outstanding customer service all around. My cat Harry actually seemed HAPPIER after the vet visit than before - that never happens! :) So glad I found this vet and look forward to the care they can provide for all of our cats.

The doctor was absolutely amazing. The vet tech seemed tired. I was trying to start conversations he seemed tired of his job or had a long day. I still loved my overall service. I will definitely come back.

everything was great except they did not put my cats belongings back into his carrier and he has been looking for them. The toys were there to comfort him and are some of his favorites(especially the panda)

I have had a dog my whole life thus I have had a few veterinarians. I have to say this clinic by far outshines all of them. They asked many questions and while examining my dog explained every step while asking if I had any questions. I have a dog that will not let me give medication to him. The vet told me that was no problem. I take him every day to get his medication ! They are so kind, caring, helpful, thorough and their goal is to get your pet well and the pet owner feeling comfortable with the process. They also follow up to check on your pet. I am recommending this clinic to my family and friends.

1) I felt like the prices were a little steep. 2) Not all answers were answered. 3) should have gotten pet insurance, but overall LOVED the vet and LOVED how clean!
