They were very nice and helpful. We had an emergency, our dog broke her foot and Dr came in and showed us the X-ray and explained everything. Our Furbaby need’s possibly surgery. The staff provided us with Ortho surgery to get an appointment. Great facility

It was a great experience! We couldn t get an appt for 2 weeks with our current/long-time vet ... These folks were friendly on the phone and in-person, the vet was great and it s very convenient. I think we re switching!

I like that the exam and test were done on my dog in the examining room and she wasn’t taken into the back where I would not know what was happening. Dr. K was very open and explained what the problem was and how Lexie would be treated. Good experience.

What a wonderful facility. I highly recommend Shepherd’s Vineyard Animal Hospital. They are helpful, friendly and truly dedicated to your furry family member. The doctor was very thorough and very comforting to our dog. You could tell he sensed her kindness which allowed him relax. We both appreciated the help and professionalism. Phenomenal practice and service, my German Shepard was sick on a holiday, emergency vets were too busy to see us but we were seen here very promptly and had wonderful care.
