The doctor did a great job with my dogs stitches that were located in tricky locations on his face. Seemed like very professional/clean work and he healed so quickly! Front desk & technician were both very friendly and made sure to update us while we were waiting for his stitches to be removed. Thanks for everything.

During my visit, the vet tech and veterinarian were very informative and gave me all the information I needed regarding flea treatment. They gave me my best options and were overall very kind and helpful!

Wait time was an hour due to the doctor being in surgery. Perhaps there were complications, causing the procedure to take bit longer than expected, which can happen. Though, padding surgical appointments for this would lend to a better experience for scheduled wellness/sick visits. Also, I requested a fecal test as part of the routine checkup, but according to the invoice, it was not completed.

I was a walk-in on a Saturday, so I very much appreciate the staff squeezing me in on their busy schedule and the terrific veterinarian who examined my cat. Blessings to ALL! Highly recommend these two clinics to ALL!

Everyone at this facility, from Gracie & Rebecca at the front desk, to Hudson as the Vet s assistant to Dr. Merelo were all really professional, helpful, and kind to me & Valentino (me dog!)... Great staff, which means a lot when we re feeling bit stressed and worried for our furry family members...

I was really happy that the the vet, Amanda Boulle Matrai, and her awesome vet tech took the time to make my dog feel comfortable so that they could give her 5 vaccinations so quickly and without any protest from my dog. They also followed up with me about two procedures that were upcoming afterwards. We had a wonderful experience today! Many thanks!

This was without a doubt the most positive emergency vet experience we have ever had. From the first contact on the phone to the final contact when we checked out, we received extraordinary care. Our Veterinarian was exemplary. She explained every step of the way how she planned to care for Suki. We were well informed so that we could make solid decisions about her care. We felt very respected as our Veterinarian went over treatment and cost. In particular, we were impressed with her willingness to discuss other treatment options. Ultimately, because we were so well-informed, we opted to have all diagnostics done that our Veterinarian suggested. We were VERY pleased that we had all diagnostics completed as we were able to rest knowing so many issues were ruled out. We have found our new home at your practice.

I thank you so very much for treating my kitten. Sad that my normal visit couldn’t see him until Monday. I think it’s time to change vets as this is the 3rd pet of mines that this has been done to. For some people, especially front office staff it’s just a pet. For me, they are my children and happy I found Maynard vet group.
