Gave a one star for the vet because we didn’t see a vet. Just went in to get nails trimmed on our bunny but everyone is always so nice and friendly when we bring her in.

i absolutely LOVE all the staff here! i started coming may of 2024, and i have never looked back! my 2 mini dachshunds are cared for with precision, and this is so absolutely important to me! this office, from reception, to vet techs, to vets have been nothing but compassionate, and amazing!

Your pricing is a bit high, but the doctors seem to truly love the animals they are caring for and that goes a long way!

I purchased bortadella chews. When I got home and checked the bag. I was given the topical application tubes not the chews. The tech even put a sticker on the applicator box that said chews. Had to come back and exchange. Next time I will double check what’s in the bag.
