Smelled like urine in the waiting room. Over 30 minute wait to be seen.

Unfortunately we had to wait 2 weeks for a sick visit. Thankfully my dog was not so ill and I didn’t have to take him to the ER vet, just an ear infection which seemed to be mangible,

$99 for one injection seems unreasonably expensive!

I was surprised when I stopped by the front desk to make an appointment and asked whether the practice was seeing much of the pneumonia-like contagious disease in dogs that had gotten so much media coverage recently and whether I should delay making an appointment. Until this inquiry I’d always foynd the staff at the front desk courteous, friendly and responsive. The person working there that day seemed to be offended by my asking what seemed to be a reasonable question. She told me that there was no substance to the questions I asked and that your offices and examining rooms were always kept clean. I don’t believe anything in the tone or wording of my inquiry suggested otherwise. I try to be prudent in the care of my animals, and ask questions when I have them instead of operating off of rumors or unsubstantiated fears. I was responded to abruptly, dismissively and discourteousky. That is not what I’ve previously received from your practice, and it doesn’t seem to me that any customer should be treated that way. I will be more careful about who I ask questions of when I come in. I hope that all of your front desk staff will be encouraged to recognize that your customers ask questions not because they wish to be annoying customers in a customer service line at Walmart. We are there for beloved family members, hoping to be educated so that we can make the best decisions for those family members. Your staff can make a world of difference in the lives of our families if we are treated as concerned partners in the care of our family members, not as annoyances in a staff member’s busy day. Thank you for considering these thoughts, and thank you to the overwhelming majority of your staff who have treated my animals and me with courtesy, compassion and excellence.

Great visit great place, I just don’t know batting order of stars

The staff were efficient and personable. Dr. Springer and her assistant were thorough and compassionate. The clinical findings were discussed thoroughly and Jerome’s records were examined carefully. We were very satisfied with the decision to assess the epulis in six months.

This was my first visit with my puppy Lizzie and the ladies at the front desk were wonderful! Dr. Holmes and Sarah we’re so kind to my puppy and myself as well! Very happy with the experience and excited to work with them in the future!

Dr. Springer saw me on her lunch hour and was always so sweet with my puppies. They were in for their annual exam. One of my dogs is a bit of a baby and she was so cute soothing her. I drive over an hour to go there but between her and the amazing staff, I wouldn t go anywhere else!

Dr. Dave and the staff are amazing with our pup. They are super friendly, knowledgeable and caring. And our pup doesn’t mind her monthly visits at all! Thank you for all you do!
