Not charge your vetted patients an urgent care fee. So discouraging. Especially since we have been bring 5 animals there over the past 12 years

My dog had extreme anxiety going to the vet. The doctor and tech were very patient and let me and my sister hold and manage my dog to help ease his anxiety. I appreciated the patience and respect.

Everything went fine for my appointment. I waited a little longer than usual but my dog was fine and I was told that there were some emergencies that came in. While I was waiting I heard the girls at the desk talking to customers on the phone. One girl sounded real annoyed at the customers, she was just unprofessional. Could have just been having a bad day. The other 3 girls were all professional and polite. I was surprised at the amount of calls that came in!

Always great service and Butters was at ease. They truly love animals and treat them well. Everything is explained and feel confident in their abilities.

I am very pleased. Question answer and the most important of all they alway come back if there is a problem or just checking in to make sure my dog is doing ok if they had to give a pill or check in on what might have taken place. I’m very satisfied. Would recommend to any of my friends, family, to come to this facility. Great job to all that work at this facility (NK Animal Hospital) Best!!!!!

Although we weren t able to complete the exam because Barney was too anxious (we will try again soon), I have only the highest opinion of the staff at NK Animal Hospital. They are all very professional and helpful. Dr. Holmes is always so kind and understanding and her assistant was equally wonderful. I am happy to have the support and veterinary care from your facility!

The doctor took the time needed to discuss my concerns for my dog and showed great empathy. The kindness showed by her and the other staff is why I continue to bring my dog here instead of choosing many other vets who are closer to my home. Thank you!

I’ve been coming to this location for years now. There’s been more times than I can count where I showed up on time and waited 10-15 minutes; pretty standard. Today my appointment was 8:40am. I arrived 8 minutes late, the phones said “we’re currently closed”, and upon arrival they helped the next guest. This actually pissed me off quite a bit given the countless times I’ve been in time and have had to wait meanwhile you guys couldn’t wait for me. My suggestion would be To allow for a 10 minute window before assisting the next person. Maybe even a follow up call.
