Always a great visit with Dr Dave and Kristin!

We had an appointment a week from today but our dog developed a UTI and was very uncomfortable, so we tried to get in earlier. The staff at NK Animal hospital put us on the cancellation list and called us back soon after because they were able to get us in. We really appreciated the consideration and care.

On 5/1 your office initiated a policy that it would not accept the CareCredit CC for any charges less than $500. CareCredit offers 6 mos 0% financing for charges at a Vet for a minimum of $250. In today s tough economic times limiting use to a $500 charge versus a minimum $250 charge is another slap in the face to the consumer. I understand that this company may be charging your office high fees for using this card but you have just taken away from your clients their ability to best manage paying veterinarian charges that are also pricey. In addition, no notice was sent out by email that I saw indicating this change of policy so that your clients could be informed before they walked into the office. I do plan to follow up with Care Credit to let them know that my Vet office is now limiting my ability to use this card for vet care under $500 based on their fee charges to use this credit card.

I love the care and service provided by all your staff. My only complaint is that I had to wait a week for an appointment for my dog who had symptoms of a hurt/limping leg.

The cost was quite a bit more than I anticipated. dog s nails weren t clipped.
