The staff were amazing - I called in a panic needing my little one to be seen, when no one else had availability, they made room for us. Everyone was so kind, understanding, & reassuring. your facility is relaxing to both the patient and their owner. It is very well designed. The staff is ALL outstanding. The drive from Bethlehem is well worth it to have Dr. Moseby take care of my Ruthie and Winston. He is very honest with his plan of care.

Dr Donna Gigliotti was amazing. She was gentle with my dog, and explained everything to me beautifully and was so thorough. She understood and helped me understand all of my dog’s medical records from other specialists and provided a treatment plan to supplement and enhance the medical treatment we are getting. Overall a wonderful experience and I’m excited already for our next visit. My dog also really seemed to enjoy and benefit from the adjustment!

Dr. Gigliotti was running behind because an accident that had the roads closed and clients showing up randomly. No fault of hers. I was only a bit concerned as I had called a week prior and left a message to schedule, and no me got back to me. She was surprised and apologized. It’s a new practice. I get it. I will see Dr. Gigliotti any time. I truly believe that she saved my golden retriever’s quality of life

I love how the exam was done right on the floor where my dog is comfortable and she wasn’t taken away from me to a back room, so I was present and knew what was going on. For the first time in years my dog showed zero anxiety in a vet’s office. I’m so glad these doctors are back in the valley and I trust them completely with my fur-kids. I also trust my dog’s instincts and her behavior at this office proved how comfortable she was and affirmed that I will be going no where else but West Lehigh Veterinary Care.
