I had an unfortunate experience during my first visit to the hospital. The receptionist near the cat side made some rude comments, which made my initial entry unpleasant. I was simply trying to understand the process and clarify whether my dog would be placed in a kennel during waiting periods. When I asked, her response was dismissive and in a rude tone, saying there was no other option. My intention in asking was to ensure they were aware of my dog s nervousness. As a first-time customer and concerned pet parent, I expected a bit more understanding and kindness. A more thoughtful response would have made a big difference in easing the situation.

My nine year old beagle was in the worst pain of her life for over 48 hours when I brought her to Braelinn Animal Hospital last Friday morning. Dr. Cuiba added a steroid to the medication she was already on and also administered a couple of laser treatments. Less than 24 hours later, she was like new again.

Dr Lindsey is great with the kitties. She’s very knowledgeable and kind towards the kitties. I appreciate her experience.

It takes a long time for the vet to come into the room.

I was very happy with the service for my beloved animal.

The vet was very thorough and provided new information. She did not try to push services on me and was balanced in her approach. The staff behind the desk was not at all friendly and requested my credit card without even telling me what the total charges were. When I asked to see the charges they were resistant but eventually did provide them. The vet tech suggested that I put my pet in the car and then come back in and pay. Leaving a pet in a hot car in the middle of summer is never a good idea and I was surprised that someone involved in veterinary medicine would suggest it.

I came in with my precious teacup Yorkie who was gasping for air. Dr. Thompson and his staff stop what they were doing to take care of Scarlett. They saved my fur babies life! I would never take my fur babies anywhere else. The staff here goes up and behind.

I have been coming to this office for over 25 years. I love Dr Thompson and he always takes the time to make sure I understand everything. My only comment from this visit is I was told someone would call to check on him but I never got a call the next day. My dog is doing great but always happy when I get a checkup call if the situation calls for it. It gives me the opportunity to ask a question I might have forgotten too.

Everyone was absolutely amazing! My husband and will NEVER go to any other veteran. Thank you for taking care of Bear!

I was sold a bag of dog food for a large dog when I own a yorkie. It was a stressful appointment due to my dogs collapsed trachea. The vet tech choose the food for me. Charges were never explained. I was just handed a bill.

Thankful to be able to get an appointment for my cat who was losing weight. The Vets were recommended by another North Atlanta animal clinic office.

I love this Veterinarian office more and more every time we go. Thank you for being awesome!
