The front desk attendant was super helpful and courteous. Sabrina is Amazing!! . The actual veterinarian was in and out so quick didn’t really speak to her didn’t even get her name. No introductions just in and out. The one thing that rubbed me the wrong way. Was the vet tech were taking photos of my kittens without even asking me permission first. Not a big deal but a little courtesy goes a long way.

The only thing that really bothered me, and I cannot get this out of my head, is the fact that when the technician came back in with the medication, he said, “We are not going to remove the cyst because of her age.” The doctor told me that she didn’t want to remove it because of its location and the fact that it would probably return anyway. Even if the doctor wanted to remove it, I feel the dog is young enough. I felt like he was playing doctor. However, he was otherwise very professional and polite.
