The only thing that really bothered me, and I cannot get this out of my head, is the fact that when the technician came back in with the medication, he said, “We are not going to remove the cyst because of her age.” The doctor told me that she didn’t want to remove it because of its location and the fact that it would probably return anyway. Even if the doctor wanted to remove it, I feel the dog is young enough. I felt like he was playing doctor. However, he was otherwise very professional and polite.

Great staff, great Dr! The staff is always friendly and professional and the Dr is exceptional. She takes her time and is very knowledgeable in her diagnosis. I highly recommend this office for all of your pet’s needs. I’ve been going here for years and plan to continue for many more.
