It would be nice if the technicians introduced themselves by name when entering the room. Everyone was friendly and professional it s just nice to know a name.

The staff is always wonderful! I would like it if the tech who entered the room would introduce themselves. I would like to know their name and who they are. I always have to ask.

The Vet Tech that attended my dog Tony was very friendly and professional. Tony had recently been through a rough patch and she was very gentle with him.

The only reason this survey wasn’t a solid five star is that it took a month to get an appointment for my babies. But I imagine with Dr. Missy helping out now, that problem will improve. Everyone there was first-rate and very caring.
