The phone line seems to only have one. Therefore during the covid while you are to wait in your vehicle the entire time, when you call you receive a call back later message. Making it very lengthy to receive care until you get lucky 20 call attempts to let them know you are there to come out and retrieve your pet. Most of the staff was friendly. The actual doctor was pleasant and very nice!

I had a very good experience at your facility. There wasn’t a long wait, staff were friendly and explained things well, and I didn’t have a long way until I saw my pet again. Meds and discharge instructions were thorough and explained well. Thank you for taking such good care of my pet.

I was not able to judge the office facilities due to the restrictions with COVID-19. Dr. Nikki was great and so was the staff based on the current situation. My family has used 3 different vets and Discount Vets was by far the kindest and most affordable. We will return for the care of dog and want to thank you for everything during this time.

The entire staff was absolutely amazing during this time and took amazing care of bluegrass.

I paid over $300 for absolutely zero help from another local vet, but discount vet offered great assistants, awesome costumer service, for a fair cost. As long as I m in this area and I have a pet, I will be a discount vet costumer.
