The wait was 20 minutes to get into a room. But it was a reasonable time with them being busy with other animals. I d say make sure you have time during your day for the wait.

Everyone was very helpful in helping my dog relax for his first appointment. They put down a blanket for him to walk on since he is not comfortable walking on not carpeted floors.
