I absolutely LOVE Dr. Lipstate and all of the staff. I don t know what we would ever do without everyone taking care of our baby and treating him like their own.

Dr. Jones & Chelsea are incredible. The entire staff at Woodland West is kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else!

I feel that you should sedate the animals a little after surgery so they can rest for the evening. My Roxy was up all night long in pain.

It was a fast and great experience. They got me in fast from just walking in. I was pleased with my visit.

Brody was at daycare and had a seizure. He was take to the hospital and I was called right away. The staff called me and after I arrived everyone was so kind and helpful. I really appreciate the care Brody was given and how nice everyone was. :) Thank you!

I will always bring my dog here if he needs it. The doctor was very friendly and did the best job at treating my dog

I appreciate how sweet the veterinarian was to Nelson. She could tell immediately, he was a little reserved. She spent time introducing herself and letting Nelson get comfortable before she started the examination. -Teresa

I have been taking my fur-babies to Woodland West for more then 12 years, and have never had a bad experience, as far as good quality care, excellent treatment of me & my fur-babies, and assured that they & their health are being taken care of as good as can possibly be. I have recommended WW to MANY fur-baby parents over the years, and I will continue to do so.

I feel that the ladies at the front desk get overwhelmed with the calls & people checking in & out. It s always so busy, but they stay professional & do a wonderful job.

I appreciate my dog s Doctor Monahan (spelling) being so thorough to also examine Trouble for his previous concern which was an itch that is still causing blistering. I do feel that Trouble gets very good attention and we do try and get him to be seen as soon as we see sign of illness. He did repay going to the Veterinarian by bringing a Possum to the back door around midnight Tuesday. Fortunately the Possum was able to quickly walk away! I had to wash off Trouble s chin before he could sleep on our bed!

we have always been thankful for the help we have received these past few years...not only for our dogs but for the kindness that was shown when we brought in an injured squirrel! Thank you so much for your knowledge and help! :)

Every time (this past visit included) I have brought either of my dogs in to be seen, everyone from the front desk, to the technicians, to the doctors have been absolutely, 100% AMAZING! I have never been to a veterinarian’s office (before Woodland) that everyone is just wonderful, caring & genuinely care about the well-being of their clients/animals! Every time I go, I am amazed, all over again! I whole-heartedly appreciate everyone at Woodland! I have nothing but wonderful things to say! Thank you!!!
