If there will be 2.5 hour wait after the appointment time to do the test/procedures the appointment is for, plus another hour after that, it would be helpful to know that at the time the appointment is made so the client can plan their day better. Ie, an 8:30 appointment was not complete until after 12:00. We knew the purpose of the appointment was for diagnostics. If there wasn t time to do diagnostics until later in the day, it would be helpful to just schedule it later.

Cannot speak enough positive words about how incredible her experience has been thus far. Scheduling communication and care of our puppy is exceptional. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone and we are very grateful that you are taking care of sweet Roxy.

We walked into the clinic with our dog who had just developed a hot spot. We were not clients nor did we have an appointment. The lovely team at Cardiff Animal Hospital were able to quickly get appointment for Slater. From the feel good “Welcome Slater” behind the front desk and in the examination room to the awesome Dr. Woods to the great vet techs, I must say this was truly the best experience we have ever had at a veterinary clinic. What a wonderful team of professionals! Thank you from Slater and his humans!

Very pleasant experience visiting the office. Lovely staff (and nice greeting for Clara in the exam room!) Excellent care--she s shed her excess weight since last year thanks to Dr. Wallach s simple, sensible & easily accomplished instructions. Appreciate the sensitivity in balancing treatments & costs. A little frustrated after mentioning Hunter may have a skin infection at check-in, there wasn t an effort to examine and address until he went through full surgery prep of blood work, hair removal and sedation. Something that could have been caught at check-in or shortly after could have avoided wasted time of Dr., staff, client and dollars.

I little concerned….. I booked an apt for x rays and they did not have it set up correctly in the system. They charged me for a doctors visit and I had to reschedule for x rays on a different day. When I came in for x rays I instructed them to x ray the left leg and they ended up x raying both legs and charging me for 4 images. Organization needs work and has costed me a lot of money. Considering switching vets.

Dr Woods is awesome! She’s very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She doesn’t use the equipment that would be required to help my dog but emailed peers during our visit inquiring as to who uses the needed equipment. She got back to me in less than an hour with a referral.

Extremely happy with all of the team. If I were a cat, this is where I d want to receive care.

Jet & his humans love Cardiff,Dr. Woods and the staff. However the last visit skipped a few items that were noted by intake staff, but understand sometimes things get missed not necessary on purpose. The check-in process was a little confusing with the requirement to pay upfront for the visit. I completely understand the policy, but it was difficult since there was only a text message option and not an email link to respond. I accidentally deleted the text, and I am currently in a very busy season of life between planning my wedding and working full-time, so I didn t have time to call back and request the text again. That being said, I am very happy that we were able to get Ghost in for his appointment. The new office is absolutely gorgeous on the inside! You should put up a Newly Renovated sign outside because it is so beautiful in there. I loved the care we received from everyone—from the receptionists, to the vet technicians, to the doctors. Everyone was so friendly, thorough, and clearly passionate about animals. It felt like everyone truly enjoyed working there, which made me feel great as both a customer and a dog mom. I am very happy with my decision to move Ghost s care to Cardiff Animal Hospital, and I truly appreciate your team seeing us on Thursday at 8:30 a.m., even though I had not completed the prepayment ahead of time. We were very pleased with the upfront expectations of the surgery and how much the doctor and staff cared about Felipe and his road to recovery.
