I received very professional services and explanations, especially about the follow up treatments. EXCELLENT service everything I visit

My only complaint was that the internet went down and I ended up waiting almost 2 hours to leave. I got there at 315 and didn t get to leave til 450. It happens and not anyone s fault I understand but maybe there should be something put in place to where when that happens we aren t stuck waiting to leave. Other than that everyone was great and my cat is doing better. Great job!

BG Vet office and staff are always friendly and accommodating.I was sick and didn t want to stay in the vet office and get anyone else sick and they had the vet tech come out to my car for the dogs shots. You guys are all amazing, thank you for all you do!????

I love this business and their staff. I would like to see rugs placed in the waiting area and at the reception desk. Older dogs lose their footing easily and struggle sometimes on the slick linoleum.

I absolutely love the staff and how they are so gentle kind and patient even with young pups full of energy, the atmosphere is always very welcoming i wouldn t trust my furbabies anywhere else, they have been a go to source for all our pets.
