Caring. Animal Hospital on South Main is amazing - everyone here cares so much and clearly loves all the patients who walk through the door. Dr. Zuercher is the absolute best; I would not want to take my animals anywhere else.

We were able to get an appointment immediately for our 6 month old Border Collie who was gagging/coughing only when he ate. The Troutman facility was lovely, staff was great and Dr. Cooney instilled us with confidence. He suggested we sedate our pup so he and the other surgeons could identify the issue. We went to the Statesville clinic the next morning and Dr. Cooney and Dr. Pendergrass found a string running under his tongue and down his throat. No surgery required. The teams in both locations were friendly, professional, and supportive. Cost was very reasonable. Great outcome and we now found our new vet! Thank you to all who helped us!

The dr. Was awesome. He was so compasionate about what my puppy was dealing with.he even reached out to a specialist and emailed me about it. Then I got a vet from the other Dr. In the office at 7:30pm to tell me what the specialist said and we chatted about options. I am very happy they are in Troutman and right down the road. Highly recommend them.
