Dr. Behrens and her staff are excellent and caring.

One comment, being an older person, sometimes my hearing is not that great. I let the vet tech know this and if she could please speak up. I had to remind her several times that I couldn t hear her very well. Considering that the information is important to my pets health, some consideration in this matter is appreciated.

I would like to know more about the medical procedure planned for the cat in August. Do I need to not feed her the day before? This is routine to you but, talk about her history with the SPCA. Afterwards how or what to watch for the next few days later would help me. Yes, she can hear lately, been watching her with noise outside.

Absolutely, I find it unacceptable that when I call your office, I am forced to leave a message, which places unnecessary anxiety and worry upon myself especially if I m concerned about my fury family member. I think you not answering the phone will ultimately turn many people away. You think people would want to leave their pets in your care, maybe for surgery and not be able to contact the office? Too much like an assembly line and office staff lack even the slightest compassion.

5 stars on all! The tech was very nice, but forgot to text me the info on benadryl doseage for Phoebe. I understand though, it s a busy time.

I was able to drop my cat off to bec treated without having to go to the costly ER. I recieved 3 follow up calls to check in on Paisley and answer any questions that I had. The Dr advised me on what to do going forward. Additional testing is being done without having to go back in. I appreciate the the tender loving care that they offer me and my cat.

I absolutely LOVE everyone here! Dr Hazelwood is the most caring person in the world. She loves my fur kids as much as I do.
