5 stars on all! The tech was very nice, but forgot to text me the info on benadryl doseage for Phoebe. I understand though, it s a busy time.

It was a great experience.

I was able to drop my cat off to bec treated without having to go to the costly ER. I recieved 3 follow up calls to check in on Paisley and answer any questions that I had. The Dr advised me on what to do going forward. Additional testing is being done without having to go back in. I appreciate the the tender loving care that they offer me and my cat.

I absolutely LOVE everyone here! Dr Hazelwood is the most caring person in the world. She loves my fur kids as much as I do.

Such friendly people and proffesionable. They all were very good with my cat( and my cat was Not very cooperative) Felt absolutely good with the service they provided and feel great how they treated my cat, too. I have recommended them so much to my friends.

every person in the office treated me and my dog (both of us are older) with concern and an understandable plan.

I had a great experience. I do feel the room with the couch that is also used for euthanasia could use a newer couch. It is very used and worn. The staff and doctors were very helpful and kind to me and my dogs.

The visit with the vet was fine, but the process prior to that was an issue. A week before my dogs non-anesthesia dental cleaning, I was told I was overdue for a wellness exam and could not have the cleaning without one. I had to jump through hoops to rearrange my schedule to fit the wellness check in.I should have been told this 6 months ago when I made this appointment. I brought an updated rabies vaccine certificate to the exam and got a call the next day 2 hours prior to the cleaning saying my dog needed her rabies vaccine before she could get the cleaning. I told the receptionist that I brought it in the day before. She asked me to take a photo of it and send it to her. I told her to talk to the vet tech that I gave it to. Every time I visit this facility I have issues like this. The front office needs to get their act together. No matter how good the vet is, if I keep having to deal with these issues I will find another vet office for my dog.

Please discuss prices with clients during visit. Especially if there has been any price changes, medication prescriptions, diagnostic to be ran, I think it’s important to go over pricing with clients as the process is being explained. This will also allow client to have a rough estimate about what they will be paying at the end of their visit. Other than that thank you all for your patience and care for my boy.

I love the staff and Dr. B really took the time to talk to me about our visit and my options moving forward. I m glad to have these people caring for my pets/family members.

Every visit they have always been polite, funny, super friendly and just above and beyond! My dogs love their vet and seem to enjoy being there in that environment we love this place 100% recommend

Dr Sarah Behrens has been Harleys vet for 10 years. She has built a compassionate relationship with him and with us. Very thorough and understanding to all our needs.

I have never been to a Vet appointment and been told that a tech will be the only person I see. The tech wanted to take my pet from me and not let me participate in the exam, I objected of course. I was allowed to be with my pet. I am so used to a small town vet that it is hard for me to see how the big city Vets do business. The whole experience was cold and inhospitable. Im still insure how I will proceed from here but I’m considering moving my pet to a smaller more welcoming Vet in a less populated area.
