It would be nice to not be charged for a nail trimming during an exam. How long does it take to trim, how expensive is the tool? It would be a great to have that included.

The girls and the techs are awesome. They are always friendly and know who I am when we come in. It s a happy place to visit.

The staff from greeting me upon arrival to the vet assistantall were very friendly and helpful. The doctor explained what was going to take place before Banjo s test and explained what she could tell me before labs came back. Very happy with Banjos treatment over the years.

Yes, the staff was very welcoming and kind and helpful. They were very accommodating to my pets needs and helpful. They were very thorough and understanding.

To be honest the Dr was a bit condescending. When someone brings up vetanary studies to the Dr and they shut it down, makes it seem as the Dr is more interested in the financial aspect of treatment more than actually treating the patient.

I was satisfied with my appointment with Dr. Hazelwood. I was uncomfortable that I was not in the room when Emma was examined, etc. This was a first. It was explained to me that it was an unusually busy day. As there were no rooms available, Emma was taken in the back while I was in the waiting room. When a room opened up, I was taken in to wait to talk with Dr. Hazelwood. I really appreciate Dr. Hazelwood s care, compassion, and understanding. I just hope that this last visit was just a one off and that the next time we have a visit, I will be able to be present while my dog is examined??

I would recommend advanced pet care to anyone the staff all the way back to the doctors are phenomenal. I’ve taken several pets there, including my recent one little Sophie . She will have to have her teeth extracted on March 9 and advanced pet care is the only place that I will allow to treat my animals. They are truly amazing. I think they should have a 10 star policy.

I absolutely love this Sparks location! The entire staff is wonderful & we love Dr Sara, my dog Stella has been coming to her since she was a puppy (5 yrs ago) thank you guys for being the.best!!!

Our appointment went very well. The vet was very knowledgeable and offered some good advice. We just moved here and been to a couple different vets was not satisfied, but Advanced pet care of northern Nevada was different. This will definitely be our vet from now on. Thank you for all you do.

All the staff and veterinarians were curteous, kind, helpful, and accommodating. I needed to charge my power chair while waiting, and they made room for me, helped me with my dog s immediate needs. I am concerned about the prices of medication and the amount of medication I get for that $100+ for lifelong medicine and seems ludicrous, especially since the manufacturer and investors know that this lifelong medication is extremely expensive or high for a guaranteed lifelong income - that dictates whe do not need to recover assets as quickly because we KNOW we have a lifetime to recoup that research expenses and salaries guaranteed, so why so rich quick scheme?

Everyone is always super friendly and I know my pet is always well taken of at advanced pet care
