This was our first time visiting Advanced Pet Care and we were pleased. Everything went a well as we could have hoped. Dr. Lopez is amazing and we can t thank him enough for all he did.

The nurse we saw before discharge could be a little friendlier. seemed she was bothered by us being there. Let her know we would put our dog in a donut instead of the cone but didn t ask if we wanted the cone on for the trip home. Once home we needed to put him in the cone and it was not easy nor did she give any instructions other than use the string to tie it . That was the only negative part of our whole experience, and the reason 5 stars were not given across the board.

I have had an amazing experience with Advance Pet Care with exception to the last visit. The vet did not even touch my dog and she didn’t take her temperature or check her vitals. The vet even asked me to remove my dog bandage. They didn’t even touch the wound or put any medication on it. Next time I come to Advance Pet Care, I would not want to see that specific Vet.

They were tremendous! They squeezed me into a cancelation appt for a check up due to my girl limping and lethargic. The staff was SO friendly over the phone and in person! Appt was RIGHT on time, no long wait, the vet was so great with her and us. Didn t rush us, offered all of our options, costs, answered all of our questions and gave us the peace of mind knowing she was fine and just had a paw pad scrape. They gave her some vaccines due, trimmed her nails and sent us on our way in no time. I rarely leave reviews, so this was def amazing services/experience!
