After having a nightmare experience at other vets, I was not expecting to be welcomed at Lighthouse with so much compassion and understanding. I found the expertise and kind heart in Dr. Gross succeeded any vet I have ever encountered. Highly esteem her. Angelly at the front desk is amazing. There are no words in the dictionary with enough praise to describe her. Rigoberto is very passionate and knowledgeable! Grateful for this team of professionals.

Yes this is my fist time w/ you guys and my esperance was great since you arrive the gir in the front desk was very sweet and friendly and the technician Rigo I believe is his name , took the time to explain everything and why my dog needs all the service that they provide . he shows his passion for his job. Also, he has a lot of knowledge. I was very happy and satisfied

The office is awesome as usual. Getting an appointment online is definitely a struggle, as I put in for one and never heard back from them. Had to call the office, who took care of me????

All the staff are incredibly welcoming, and the doctor s assistant was marvelous. The doctor never made me feel rushed, and she was terrific. It was my 100-pound German Shepherd s first time there, and I will most definitely be using them as my primary veterinarian.
