They were able to get me in for a same day appointment so my dog could get antibiotics for a broken nail. The vet and assistant with both on time and friendly.

I love this clinic for my pup , the staff are always very understanding and patient . My pup isn’t so well with men so I asked if it’s possible to have a female doctor , and they made sure that worked and there’s a note for the next appointments as well . Very knowledgeable and friendly staff ??

Dr Cook was very knowledgable in cat psychology as we had two cats (normally best friends) fighting each other after seeing racoons on our deck. Every staff member was awesome like the sign said. And after three different vets , this one stands out. :) Thanks

I have called other vets in the area & the charges were approximately 200.00$ more than anyone else. I will be making a complaint with the better business bureau & the attorney general!

I liked how the staff interacted with my dogs. They really seemed to enjoy the animals. My chihuahua can be a handful, but they were able to treat him with minimal drama.

Dr. Cody is the most caring vet we have ever had in the last 30 years. He is also very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help us. He called all around to help get our dog into a surgery center and followed up with us on evenings and weekends. No one does that any more. He s the best!

I never saw a Dr. I did not receive a phone call letting me know my pet was ok. I waited 30 minutes to check my pet in. When I came to get my pet the front office person ignored me. I had to ask when I could pay. I asked a question via text and was given a nonspecific answer. When I repeated the question I got no response.
